Our story

Faith Property Investment aims to help you obtain financial freedom through property investment. Our founder's story began around 40 years ago when he discovered that financial wealth can be attained through carefully planned property investment.

 

We are on a path to help as many people as possible. With the support of a little helping hand from our brokers, we will get you into a position of financial strength to allow you to pay down debt and build an income for life which will stop you struggling into freedom and possibly help you retire earlier.

First Time Buyers: Eligibility Requirements

Most lenders will require you to have 5% saved over a period of at least 3-6 months prior to the approval of your home loan. If you haven't achieved that, there are several ways we can help you to obtain that.

By providing some help from Faith Property Investment, we can set up the equity for the $20,000 deposit or if you have already saved 5%, we will be able to provide you the other $20,000 to get you a lower loan to value ratio. This will save you $10k on LMI-lenders mortgage insurance and get you in sooner.

Investment Property

We also help first-time investors who can purchase and use the rental income to help them make repayments easier. We usually provide the equity at settlement however we can secure the new home for you in the process.
